Sourav Sen is the visionary founder behind Align Aura, a unique venture dedicated to decoding and aligning human energy for prosperity, success, and well-being. A graduate of the prestigious Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, Sourav brings over 15 years of rich experience in the global corporate world, having worked with renowned multinational giants such as IBM, Philips, and Mercedes-Benz R&D. His core expertise lies in technology, computer science, and advanced analytics, where he has played significant roles in leading innovation and transformation.
Despite a successful corporate career, Sourav always felt a deeper calling—rooted in his childhood experiences and a strong belief in the power of energy, space, and aura. Having faced his own set of life challenges early on, he discovered the profound impact of energetic alignment on personal and professional outcomes. For over a decade, he quietly helped friends and family in aligning their energies, spaces, and intentions—observing consistent, transformative results.
