AlignAura believes in helping its clients as far as possible, and has therefore a transparent cancellation and refund policy. Please read this policy carefully before booking a consultation.
Cancellations
- Cancellation requests for a booked consultation session must be raised at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Requests made within 24 hours of the session will not be entertained.
- To cancel a session, please email us at [email protected] or call +91 74838 52618 with your booking reference number.
- AlignAura provides fully digital consultation services — Vastu analysis, Vedic astrology, and related reports. No physical product is shipped. Cancellations related to physical deliveries are not applicable.
Refunds
- No refund will be issued once a consultation session has been conducted or a digital report has been delivered to the client.
- If you are unsatisfied with your consultation for a valid reason, please write to us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your report or completing your session. Our team will review your concern and respond appropriately.
- In the event that a session could not be conducted due to a technical issue or scheduling error on AlignAura’s part, a full refund or complimentary rescheduling will be offered at the client’s preference.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- No refunds will be provided for sessions attended where the client disagrees with the consultant’s professional guidance or predictions, as these represent expert opinions based on the information provided.
