One clear price for online consultations, and a quote for larger or in-person work. Choose what matches where you and your space are today.
What does a Vastu consultant charge here? My online home Vastu consultation is ₹1,499 for 45 minutes and covers one floor or one flat. Online plot Vastu is the same ₹1,499. You get my written report within 48 hours. A site visit in Bengaluru, shops, offices and factory and industrial Vastu are quoted once I see the plan, because the size changes the work. How much does a Vastu consultation cost?
At AlignAura, an online Vastu or astrology consultation costs ₹1,499 for a 45-minute session (per floor, per person, per plot or per car), including taxes. Commercial and industrial consultations, and in-person site visits in Bengaluru, are quoted on request because they depend on the size and scope of the property.
Buying a flat? Go through my flat-buying Vastu checklist before you pay the token amount, and book a session only if something worries you.
Most clients start with a Vastu or an astrology session. When the home and the chart both need work, I suggest Astro-Vastu, my main service, and we talk about it on the call.
Living abroad? The same sessions work from the US, Canada, Australia, Dubai and Singapore; see Vastu and astrology for NRIs.

Online consultation or site visit?
Most homes and offices can be assessed accurately online from a floor plan and photos. A site visit is worth it when there is no reliable floor plan, or for plots, factories and buildings under construction.
| Online consultation | Site visit | |
|---|---|---|
| Fee | ₹1,499 for home, plot, astrology and car; on request for commercial and industrial | On request |
| Where | Anywhere in India or abroad, by video call | Bengaluru |
| What you share | Floor plan, photos and main-door direction | Access to the property |
| Best for | Flats, villas, houses and offices with an accurate floor plan | Plots before purchase, factories, large sites, new construction, properties with no floor plan |
| You receive | Remedies discussed live, with a written plan | On-site compass readings and a written, prioritised correction plan |
Vastu consultation fees for NRIs
NRIs pay the same fees as clients in India: ₹1,499 for an online home, plot or astrology consultation, and a quote on request for larger properties. Consultations happen by video call, so you can review a home in India, or the home you live in abroad, without travelling.
Fees are charged in Indian rupees through Razorpay. If you cannot pay with an Indian payment method, or need a session at a time that suits your time zone, message us on WhatsApp before booking.
What the ₹1,499 pays for
I keep one fixed price for online work because most people looking up Vastu fees want a number, not a sales call. For ₹1,499 you get me, Saurabh Sen, not an assistant. I study your floor plan and photos before we speak, we spend 45 minutes on video going through each room and what to change, and you get the written plan within 48 hours. Remedies come first; I suggest breaking a wall only when nothing else will work, and I tell you that plainly.
Why is it so much less than a site visit? A visit means travel, half a day on the property and readings in every room, so I quote it separately. For a flat or house with an accurate floor plan, the online session covers what most families need. If I feel your home needs a visit, I will say so on the call, before you spend anything more.
