Vastu Consultant in Delhi | AlignAura

If you need a Vastu consultant in Delhi you can rely on, I read Delhi NCR homes, offices and shops online, and bring in your Vedic chart where it helps. Sessions run online. If a visit is really needed, I quote for it, and travel and stay are extra.

Delhi NCR homes: what I check first

Delhi NCR is a mix of DDA flats, builder floors and plotted houses in sectors across Gurugram and Noida. With builder floors and plots, the plot itself matters as much as the floor: road direction, a T-junction in front of the gate, and cuts in the plot shape. I ask for the location so I can see the road layout, then read the floor you live on. If you share a staircase with other floors, I check where it falls on your grid.

Where the plot and the family's horoscope both need attention, I suggest Astro-Vastu, which reads the two together.

Still, the same problems come up again and again across NCR: north-south versus east-west facing plots, corner plots, shared walls and irregular builder-floor layouts. Common Vastu questions from Delhi NCR

Our builder floor has the staircase in the north-east. What can we do?

Vastu prefers stairs in the south, west or south-west, with the north-east kept light. If the staircase has to stay, keep the space under and around it clean and clear. Don’t use it for storage or a puja space. Then strengthen the rest of the north-east with light and open space.

Is a south-facing builder floor or flat in Gurgaon or Noida a problem?

Not on its own. What matters more is where the entrance sits on the south wall and where the kitchen, bedrooms and toilets are. We check the actual floor plan before you decide.

Our flat has a cut south-west corner. Is that serious?

It is one of the more important defects, because Vastu links the south-west with stability. Usually it can be corrected without construction. Add weight and earth tones to what remains of the south-west, put the master bed as close to that zone as you can, and use specific remedies along the cut wall.

    01Can I get online Vastu consultation for my Delhi home or office?
    Yes. Every Delhi session is online, for homes and offices across the city, including South Delhi, Dwarka, Rohini, Vasant Kunj and the wider NCR. I go through your floor plan and send a detailed report with non-demolition remedies within 48 hours.
    02What are common Vastu problems in Delhi apartments and builder floors?
    Two classic defects turn up again and again in Delhi’s dense builder floors: a toilet in the north-east and a kitchen in the north. Sector flats in Rohini and Dwarka often have an irregular, cut south-west corner, a defect Vastu links to money not staying in the house.
    03Does AlignAura consult for Delhi’s DDA flats and government housing?
    Yes. DDA flats follow standard layouts, so their Vastu patterns are predictable. Saurabh Sen has worked with DDA society flats in Vasant Kunj, Saket and Dwarka and knows which zones can be corrected when the layout cannot change.

    Yes. In Vastu the north zone governs new opportunities and the south-east governs income and cash flow. Business owners in Connaught Place, Karol Bagh and Lajpat Nagar have cleared long-standing financial blocks with targeted corrections to these zones.
    05Does a T-junction in front of a Delhi plot matter?
    A road that runs straight into your gate is something I always check on a plotted house. The effect depends on which zone it hits; there are practical corrections that need no construction.
    06Do you visit Delhi for Vastu consultations?
    Most Delhi NCR homes and offices are done online from the floor plan. Outside Bangalore I travel only for Vastu site visits, on request and quoted separately.
    07Our builder floor has a basement. Is that a Vastu problem?
    A basement is better under the north or east part of the plot than under the south or west. If yours runs under the whole floor, keep the north-east part for light use and put heavy storage in the south-west. I check it from the basement plan along with the floor above.
    08We live on the top floor and the society water tanks sit right above us. Does that matter?
    It can. Overhead tanks are best over the south-west. If the tanks sit above your north-east rooms, keep those rooms for light use and do not put the puja corner directly under them. A terrace photo and your floor plan are enough for me to check this.
