How a Vastu or Astrology Consultation Works, and What You Get
I’m Saurabh Sen. This page explains exactly what happens after you book: what I need from you, what the 45-minute call covers, what arrives in your written report, and what is not included. No surprises.
From booking to written report
Pay on the booking page and send what I need: a floor plan with north marked for home or office Vastu, a layout or survey sketch for a plot, or date, time and place of birth for astrology.
On video, or in person if you booked a site visit. I go through your space or chart with you, explain what matters and what doesn’t, and answer your questions.
A written report with corrections ranked by priority, mostly non-demolition, so you know what to do first and what can wait.
What You Get, and What You Don’t
What I need from you
For home Vastu: a floor plan (a phone photo of a hand sketch is fine) with north marked, and, if you can, a few photos of the entrance and main rooms. For a plot: the layout or survey sketch, the location pin and photos of the roads around it. For astrology: date, time and place of birth for each person. If you don’t know which way north is, tell me and I’ll explain how to check it with a phone compass.
What the call covers
Forty-five minutes, one to one with me. I don’t hand you over to a junior or a script. We go through the zones of your space (or the key parts of your chart), I explain the problems I see in plain words, and you can ask anything. I use software to map the plan quickly, but every recommendation is mine.
What is in the written report
Your report arrives within 48 hours for all online services. It lists the issues I found, the corrections for each, and the order to do them in. Most corrections need no demolition: moving furniture and functions, colours, lighting, plants and simple placements. Where a structural change would help, I say so and you decide.
Prices
Online home Vastu (per floor), online plot Vastu (per plot), astrology (per person) and car number reports are ₹1,499 each. Commercial, industrial and site visits are priced on request after I understand the scope. Site visits are in Bengaluru; elsewhere on request, with travel, stay and other costs extra. Follow-ups and WhatsApp
Follow-up sessions are optional and booked separately. WhatsApp is for communication: scheduling, sending documents and quick practical questions about your booking. It isn’t a channel for ongoing one-to-one consultation.
Who this is not for
If you want a quick list of “lucky” products to buy, or a promise that one change will fix everything by a certain date, I’m not the right consultant. Most of my corrections need no expensive gemstones or products, and I won’t frighten you into booking more sessions. Vastu and astrology also don’t replace medical, legal or financial advice.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment. If we can’t hold your session because of a technical issue or a scheduling error on our side, you get a full refund or a new slot, whichever you prefer. Once the session has taken place or the report is delivered, the fee isn’t refundable. Read the full Cancellation and Refund Policy.
