Your property in India
Many NRI clients are buying a flat or a plot back home without being able to visit it. Before you pay the booking amount, send me the plan and the location; my flat-buying and plot-buying checklists show what I look at. For a property in Bengaluru, a site visit can be arranged while you are away.
Astrology from abroad
A kundli analysis needs only your birth details, so distance makes no difference. Clients abroad usually ask about career moves, visas and settling down, a parent’s health back home, and marriage. The call can be in English, Hindi or Bengali.

What time will my call be if I live in the US or Canada?
I keep early morning and late evening India time open for clients abroad, so the call falls in your evening or your morning. Tell me your city when you book and I will suggest a slot. If your home is in the US, start with Vastu for homes in the USA: true north, garages and HOA rules.
Can I pay from abroad?
Yes. You can pay online from abroad when you book. The session is ₹1,499, and your bank converts it.
Does Vastu work for a home outside India?
I read any home from its plan and its actual compass directions, wherever it is. Clients in Dubai, Singapore, Australia and North America send me the same three things as clients in India. For Australia, New Zealand or South Africa, Vastu in the southern hemisphere explains what changes when the sun sits in the north.
I was born abroad. Does that change my kundli?
No. I use the date, the local time and the city you were born in, and the chart is calculated for that place and time.
