This is my own neighbourhood. Finding the studio
The studio is on Begur Koppa Road, in Evolve Work Studio. Search for AlignAura on Google Maps for directions. I see clients by appointment only, so please message me on WhatsApp at +91 74838 52618 before you set out; calls and WhatsApp are answered from 9 AM to 8 PM, and the office runs Monday to Sunday, 9 AM to 7 PM.
Homes in the streets around the studio
Begur. The old village core near Begur Lake has independent houses on small sites, and the roads leading out of it are now lined with apartment blocks and new houses built on revenue layouts. Plot shapes here are often uneven, and I check the road side and corners first.
Kudlu. Close to Kudlu Gate on Hosur Road, Kudlu has grown quickly with mid-size apartment complexes and independent houses with rented floors. Many residents work in Electronic City or HSR, and a lot of flats are rented. Hongasandra. Just off Hosur Road, with dense independent houses, small buildings of rented flats and narrow streets. Rooms are compact, so the bed, the stove and the main door decide most of what I suggest.
Bommanahalli. On Hosur Road near Silk Board, Bommanahalli mixes older houses, shops on the ground floor with homes above, and newer apartments. When a home sits above a shop, I read the residential floor separately from the business.
Hulimavu. Between Bannerghatta Road and Begur, around Hulimavu Lake, with apartment complexes and independent houses. Families here often ask me before buying, comparing two or three flats in nearby projects.
Akshayanagar. A newer residential area with gated apartment complexes and some villas. Most homes are recently built, so the questions are about interiors: where to put the pooja unit, the study desk and the master bed.
Do you cover Bannerghatta Road, Hulimavu, Gottigere, Arekere and Hongasandra?
Yes. These are all within about 2 to 6 km of my studio by road on Begur Koppa Road, so you can come in with your plan, or I can visit. Most homes on this side are gated apartments along Bannerghatta Road, with independent houses on the older layouts behind it.

Bannerghatta Road. The main road is lined with big gated projects, and many families here ask me to look at a flat before they book. The towers follow the road, which bends as it goes south, so I always want a compass reading at the actual door. A unit that the brochure calls north-facing can turn out to be north-west.
Arekere. Behind the main road, the older layouts have independent houses that have been rebuilt or extended, often with a floor added for rent. When a house has grown in stages, I draw the original shape and each addition separately before I read the zones.
Gottigere. Newer towers sit next to open plots on the stretch towards the national park. For a plot, the slope and the corners matter most: land falling towards the north or east is what you want, and a missing north-east corner is the first thing I would flag.
Hulimavu and Hongasandra. If you live by Hulimavu lake, water to the north or east of your home is good; to the south or west, keep that side solid and calm. In Hongasandra’s compact houses, my kitchen Vastu advice on the stove and sink and the bed position usually decide the result.

How much a corner matters is not the same for everyone in the home. A south-east kitchen suits most cooks, but for someone in a Venus period, the planet Vastu gives to the south-east, that corner carries noticeably more weight than usual.
What to bring to the studio
- Your floor plan, printed or on your phone, with north marked if you have it.
- The compass direction at your main door; I will show you how to take it if needed.
- Five or six photos: entrance, kitchen, bedrooms and pooja area.
- Date, time and place of birth, if you want your chart read with the home.
- Your main question, in a line or two: sleep, work, money, a family matter, or a purchase.
Families who come to my Begur studio often expect one Vastu visit or one chart reading to change their life overnight. I tell them what I believe: karma is everything. A Vastu consultant or an astrologer can only show you the right karma; whether you follow that path is up to you.

Begur families: the plan and the chart in one studio visit
Being close to the studio means you can bring the floor plan and the birth details in the same visit. A home reading shows which corners need attention. The chart shows which of them matter most to you over the next few years. For a renter in Kudlu starting a Rahu period, the south-west, linked with Rahu, is where I would look first, and a heavy wardrobe there with a clear passage around it is usually my first suggestion.
