Service Delivery
- AlignAura delivers all consultation services — including Vastu reports, astrology readings, and guidance documents — digitally via email to the address you provided at booking.
- AlignAura sends your consultation report or session access details to the email ID you specified during registration or booking. Please ensure the email address is correct at the time of booking.
- AlignAura typically delivers reports within 3–5 business days of your consultation session. A different timeline applies only if we explicitly agreed to it at the time of booking.
- AlignAura conducts live consultation sessions online via video call or phone. Sessions take place at the date and time confirmed in your booking confirmation email.
- Since all services are digital, there are no physical shipments, courier charges, or delivery addresses involved.
Delays and Issues
- If you do not receive your report or session details within the agreed timeframe, first check your spam or junk folder before reaching out to us.
- For any issues with service delivery, please contact our helpdesk within 7 days of your expected delivery date. We aim to resolve all issues promptly.
- AlignAura is not liable for delays caused by incorrect email addresses that the client provided at the time of booking. Please double-check your email address when booking.
