Vastu Consultant in Bangalore: Online or at Your Home
Short answer: I offer Vastu consultation in Bangalore in two ways. Book an online session and we do it on a video call, using your floor plan, compass photos and birth details. Book a site visit and I come to your home or office anywhere in Bengaluru. Either way, you get a written report within 48 hours.
Bangalore has grown fast. Narrow BDA plots, east-west facing apartments in the tech corridors, mixed-use buildings and dense layouts often break basic Vastu rules without the owners knowing. Most of what I find can be corrected without breaking a wall.
Online or in person: which should you book?
For most flats and villas, an online session is enough. A clear floor plan and a few compass-oriented photos give me what I need. A site visit makes more sense for a plot you are about to buy, a large office or factory, or a home without an accurate plan. Online sessions are ₹1,499 per floor; for site visits, call or WhatsApp me for the price.
Common Vastu issues I see in Bangalore homes
Two problems come up again and again in Bangalore apartments. The first is the facing. Many flats are sold as east facing, but when I take a compass reading at the main door, a good number actually face south-east, and many sold as west facing are really south-west. The facing decides which zone your entrance, kitchen and bedrooms fall in, so a wrong label throws off the whole reading. Before you buy, check it with a compass, or send me the reading and I will confirm it.
The second is a washroom in the north-east. Builders often place a bathroom in that corner, and in Vastu it is one of the bigger doshas. Often it can be managed with basic remedies, without breaking anything. But I also look at the birth charts of the people living there, mainly the second house. If it shows strong malefic effects, I will tell you honestly that the washroom has to go. If not, Astro-Vastu changes planned around your charts usually bring the family relief. Astrology reads your time, Vastu reads your place, and Astro-Vastu reads both.
Independent plots bring their own issues: many are irregular, L-shaped, triangular or with a cut corner. And with so many people working from home, the home office is now one of the zones I check first, usually looking at the north and north-east.
Most of these have practical, affordable corrections that need no construction. Bengaluru clients who move on to Astro-Vastu, with the Vastu matched to their horoscope, usually tell me they feel a change within about 21 days and see results within about 90.
What a Bangalore consultation includes
I start with your floor plan and the compass direction of your main door, then map the 16 directional zones. I read your birth chart alongside, so the remedies fit your current planetary period. You get a written report with zone-by-zone findings, remedies ranked by priority and the order to apply them. Follow-up sessions are optional and booked separately.
I have advised clients across Koramangala, Whitefield, JP Nagar, Yelahanka and Electronic City, so I know the plot shapes and building styles you are likely to have. For your part of the city, see Whitefield, HSR Layout, Electronic City, and north, south, east and west Bangalore.
Choosing the best Vastu consultant in Bangalore
When people ask me how to pick the best Vastu consultant in Bangalore, I tell them to look at how the work is done, not at the promises. Ask whether the consultant works from your actual floor plan and compass readings, whether the remedies need walls broken, and whether you get the advice in writing.
In my 45-minute session I go through your plan zone by zone and suggest remedies without demolition, and you get written notes within 48 hours. It is ₹1,499 per floor, online or at your home anywhere in Bengaluru, and you can read my Google reviews before you decide.
Areas I cover in Bengaluru
I work across the whole city and the towns around it. In South Bengaluru that means Begur, where my studio is, HSR Layout, BTM Layout, Bommanahalli, Electronic City, JP Nagar, Jayanagar and Banashankari. In the east, Whitefield, Marathahalli, Sarjapur Road and Bellandur. In the north, Hebbal, Yelahanka, Hennur and Thanisandra. In the centre and west, Koramangala, Indiranagar, Rajajinagar and Malleshwaram. Beyond the city I also go to Hosur, Anekal, Devanahalli and Hoskote.
I have written a separate page for each part of the city: North Bangalore, South Bangalore, East Bangalore, West Bangalore and Begur, where my studio is. There are also notes for homes in Whitefield, Electronic City and HSR Layout. Looking for astrology too? See astrologer in Bangalore.
From any of these areas you can start with the ₹1,499 online session, for a home, an office or a shop or showroom. For a home visit, call or WhatsApp me for the price. Buying a flat? Go through my flat-buying Vastu checklist before you pay the token amount.
I also work with clients in Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune and Kolkata. The online session is the same ₹1,499 wherever you live; see my fees.

How Vastu applies to Bangalore properties
Vastu Shastra is the Indian science of arranging a building around the five elements (earth, water, fire, air and space) and the eight directions. Each direction is linked with a part of life: north with work and money, east with health and new starts, the north-east with clarity. The centre of the home, the Brahmasthan, should stay open and light.
How a consultation works
You share your floor plan, a compass reading of the main entrance and your date, time and place of birth. I map the plan against the Vastu Purusha Mandala and mark the 16 directional zones. Then I note which zones support you and which work against you. A toilet in the north-east, for example, is one of the most common problems in Bangalore apartments, and a kitchen in the wrong zone is another.
The remedies range from moving furniture to colour changes, mirrors, lights and small elemental items. Nearly all of them are non-structural, so they work in rented flats too.
Personalised to your birth chart
I read each client's nakshatra, the lunar birth star in Vedic astrology, and check how its ruling planet relates to the zones of your home. Two families in identical flats can need different remedies, and this is how I tell them apart.
