Ugadi falls on 7 April 2027
Ugadi opens the Telugu year, and in many homes the morning includes Panchanga Sravanam, where the year’s panchangam is read aloud for every rasi. That reading speaks to everyone born under a sign. Your own chart does something narrower and more useful for a decision: it shows what your personal dasha is doing in the same months.
This coming year has two shifts worth watching. Saturn moves into Mesha on 3 June 2027, eight weeks after Ugadi, which starts sade sati for Vrishabha rasi, puts Mesha in its middle phase and takes Meena into the last phase. Land in Tellapur or Kokapet: the jatakam and the plot together
For land on the outer ring, the jatakam gives me the timing: the 4th house, its lord and the period you are running. The plot gives me something else, its slope, its cuts and which side faces the road. A single astrology reading cannot judge a plot I have not seen.
Mars is the karaka for land, and in Vastu Mars governs the south. If you are buying during a Mars period and the plot falls away to the south, or has a large open pit on that side, I would weigh that before the advance goes out.
