Teva, kundli, and the families who do not use either
In Punjabi the horoscope is the ਟੇਵਾ, teva, and many Hindu Punjabi families still keep one made when a child was born. Others say kundli. And plenty of Sikh families do not use horoscopes at all for marriage, which I fully respect. My readings are for those who want one. Walk down any market in Mohali and you will see IELTS centres and visa consultants. Moving abroad for study or work is one of the most common hopes in this region. When someone asks me about it, I look at the 12th house and the 9th, the lords of both, and whether the running dasha opens the door now or later. Two state governments, a Union Territory secretariat, the High Court, PGI, Western Command at Chandimandir: a very large share of Tricity homes draw a government salary. So the questions I get from here carry the language of service. Will the transfer order come before the children’s school year ends? Is it wise to accept a deputation to Delhi? Should I sit the departmental exam or wait for the promotion list?

Then I set your current mahadasha and antardasha against the next two or three years. No chart can read a file in the secretariat.
